Try the melted pen method. It works but not as a permanent solution. Look on Youtube for an example.

The melted pen does work but sometimes the screw is on there good and it won't work. Just buy this cheap set for less than $3 and free shipping.

I have those plus one separate one with a handle, it works wonders plus while you're at it get a tri-wing screw driver if you don't already have one.
