Hi I'm a newbie and I was just wondering if there is anywhere I can solder the composite cable on the pi 4 as wermy did in part 3 of the original guide. any replies would be greatly appreciated.

I do not know if there is a solder pad for Composite on the Pi 3/4 boards, I believe you have to use the RCA Jack. According to this you have to modify the config to enable it and it will cause some decrease in performance.
