Need help reaching Renegade Labs

Hey all, I need help from the community in reaching out to renegade labs. I ordered a kit from them on 21st January 2020 and every so while I would reach out and ask support for an update. I would get the same message about suppliers delays, coronavirus etc.

I am fed up and have resigned myself to not receiving the item and therefore have asked for a refund. I have sent 3 emails and have also created a zendesk ticket over the past month. I haven't received any response from them.

Is there another way I can contact them? I tried finding a discord link, but the link has expired. Please can someone help me.

Only heard bad things about the customer support. Good luck to you.

Seems the website has expired discord links and the Facebook page link is dead too...

Might be out of luck...which sucks.

The discord links have expired. I couldn't find any way to contact them.

If I were you I'd dispute it with my credit card company/Paypal.
Unfortunately the only thing I see for the domain owner is Iniquity Games. Can't find anything beyond that.

I've been in this same boat. Ordered on December 26th through their Etsy shop. I've been emailing them at support@renegadelabs.com and through Etsy but no response as of yet. Kind of a bummer but I think I'm gonna have to dispute the charge on my card.
