Loved the guide @wermy. Your soldering iron makes soldering look effortless and gets the job done in a breeze. Would you mind sharing what soldering iron, solder and soldering tools you're using?

Thank you for the guide wermy. I was wondering how I'd end up getthing those screw posts in. No Epoxy on hand or the metal bracket, time to take a trip to the store!

For those people who have ordered a BW screen from Amazon, and got a blue board that looks like mine, this is how to wire it.

Image

5v Power (Red) Pin 1
GND (Black) Pin 2
AV 1 (Yellow) Pin 3
*AV 2 (White) Pin 4* [We aren't using a second AV input so this pin won't be necessary!]

So, to match up with wermy's video all you will need to do is solder the WHITE and BLACK wires to Pin 2 (GND). I just used the wire that came with the screen. (white wire had been in pin4 as AV2, and all were converted to a common ground before being split into 2 inputs and a d/c jack)
