I've disassembled my Kite AIO, desoldered all the GPIO pins and USB pads. What an absolute nightmare. And not without casualties. I accidentally overheated the AIO board near the card reader and delaminated 2 data lead traces. They're still present, so I attached them to some homemade replacement PCB eyelets, but it's anyone's guess if they'll hold. The original Zero was completely destroyed on removal. Fingers crossed the AIO board still has full functionality.

I've got Emulation Station running on the Zero 2 already, as well as Wifi. If I can get the IPS screen to be recognized, I should be good to manually add everything else for the AIO.
