Using powerbank with Pololu Mosfet switch

Post by Tim » Sun Sep 04, 2016 7:49 am

Hello guys,

Because the Powerboost is pretty expensive i thought of using a small powerbank with a 18650 cell in it.
A powerbank could be a very cheap but safe alternative to the Powerboost 1kc. Because most of the powerbanks detect wether a device is plugged you would need a Switch to connect and disconnect it from the components. So i thought of using a Pololu Mosfet Switch because it can handle the current. Cutting the Connection would be no problem but after the powerbank turned itself off how could you start the Gameboy again? Is the mosfet Switch able to wake up the powerbank again?
