(Please help) Power boost flashing lights

So I finished my 2nd GBZ yesterday and today I recieved my SD cartridge adapter from PRS, So popped the SD card out of the pi and into the cartridge, put the cartridge in my GBZ before closing it up and when I tried powering it on the charge indicator lights on the power boost begin rapidly flashing. And nothing turns on. Tried putting the SD card back in to the pi and still the same happens. I am using the micro USB charger from Adafruit that they recommended with the Raspberry pi. Any thoughts on what could have gone haywire?

Are you certain it's the charge light?

When my battery was low, my low battery LED was flashing rapidly before eventually staying on.

If the charge light (orange) is flashing rapidly, perhaps you have a bad power supply, charting cable, charging port or soldering.
