built-up by a noob

Hi,
As I told in the introducing topic I was hesitating doing a little arcade (kind of less expensive R-KAID-R clone) and a GBZ
All has been ordered for a GBZ including (meaning, arcade in a cigar box has to wait) :
Most important of all: Wermy's 3D kit, and Dominator (retrorefresh) screen cover "dot matrix W/ stereo sound" and the "Zero: link to the past" label.
A Pi Zero (dont want to try with a hudge Pi3)
Clear green DMG Shell, 2 clear green buttons (X and Y to hide them in the same color), clear buttons and D-pad (hanheldlegend, coz they are stickered "Nintendo GAMEBOY"), silicone pads.
A Teensy LC to receive a helder w/o audio controller pad found on ebay.
BW Screen (looks like to be a "classic'')
Stereo Pam 8403 amp with B103 10K wheel pot', speaker and PJ325 jack (a green one)
a flex extension micro SD reader (not sure to use it)
a powerboost 1000C and a 2500mah 3.7 lipo batt + extra cable.
angled power switch (will evolve as soon as we can order Camble's powerboost safe switch), enough 6x6x9 tactil switches for 2 "triggers" and screen controllers, micro usb breakout board, GB cartridge PCB w/ micro SD "B type", empty cartridge with bottom screw hole (still looking for a green cart, seems to be exclusif to pokemon green.... abusive prices to destroy it. Do GB color's cartridges fit?).
Cartridge slot was impossible to find, more forum members than disposables GB slots. Not sure about NDS slot2... I turn my choice on a supergameboy, 100% compatible.
An octopussy 4 or 3 ports (dont remember) USB hub.
Where i'm not sure, is for cable gauge, i was looking for some ribon cable in 14x 0.08mm (for data), 0.2mm red and black (from micro USB to PB1000C, then to screen, pi, pam8403), and recycling some USB cables for teensy and other USB stuffes.
What d'you think of that gauges? (can't find again where wermy's mentioned it)
I read and watched many time Wermy's guides, he uses a power-hub, why not to use the 3 "+" and 3 "-" from the PB100C board? (less cables i guess?), is it possible to power screen, pi and audio amp from PB1000C? (everything else could be powered by usb) (be sure i'll go back on Sota's project after i post, need to read it again
)
Is a 30W iron good for that kind of work? (if not, i can buy one with variable power)
Here I'am, waiting for hardware, gonna look for software (retropie or recalbox or both if possible, and find a "teensy for dummies").
