Pi Zero W Retropie
if anyone gets their Pi Zero W and their Retropie build does not work on it, then your not the only one....
I got hold of my Pi Zero W the day after release and tried to test it out straight away, but my Retropie builds would not work... did a fresh install and again no luck.... luckily I wasnt the only one...
I found a img that works
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2BZT9 ... sp=sharing
i'm sure there gonna be an update soon to accommodate the Pi Zero W

Re: Pi Zero W Retropie
If you install the normal image on a standard pi zero, then update, it will then work on the zero.
I think there is a file that needs updating so it knows what a zero w is

Re: Pi Zero W Retropie
It was an old image released before the zero w was common knowledge
Ran the update inside RetroPie settings using a normal zero (not w) then that made the SD card work on my w
