So After few day of looking for a solution, I decide to shield the sound wire like that with a "ground wire" : https://imgur.com/a/fovkT
But still have static sound.... :x I think I'm going to cry now :cry:

What's wrong with my wiring???

consider a shielded wire/cable like this, a little more compact and maybe better shielding....

Did you try disabling audio dither? That got rid of the static for me.

Add this to your /boot/config.txt

disable_audio_dither=1
