I ran into an issue on my first gbz build with the pi getting so hot that it would soften up the hot glue that i used to mount it, enough that i couldnt plug in a mini hdmi cord. If i have been running the gbz for some time (enough for the pi to get hot) i would try to plug in a mini hdmi and it would just push the whole pi inward. I came up with a more solid and permanent solution but still easily removable. Best of all, it fits perfectly on helders AIO board. Hope this will help someone here out

I'm a bit concerned by using epoxy to glue the screwposts on the AIO.. But it's a way nicer solution than glueing the pi down..
You used the removed screwposts from the front part of the case right? The ones removed to make space for the screen..

Thanks for the post, im at this part of the build and can get everything to fit right. How did you get everything to fit, did you have to remove the battery compartment?

Sorry for the late reply. I had to trim the battery compartment just a little in the upper right corner. Just enough to free up some space for the pi zero.
