Programming Teensy Error

I'm sitting here trying to program my teensy, but I can't because I keep getting this error. Has anyone else came across this problem?

Dang it.... I thought I had tried that last night. But it worked today. There are those times when you're so tired, that you should just go to bed... But you don't, and this happens... Thanks for your response!
