you will need to plug in a controller and setup, once you aligned your controller then you will see colour and list of games.

I may be wrong, but i think he is talking about having no video over composite, only over hdmi.
@Bastien
You can check the settings in the config file to change the modes and see if the problem lies there.

I think you have both the HDMI plugged in as well as composite, in that case it may be that you can't use HDMI and Composite at the same time, HDMI initially takes priority over composite at boot. In my case I had to unplug the HDMI cable before booting up the pi if I wanted Composite and if I wanted to go back to HDMI, I just plug hdmi back in and reboot the pi.

Thanks for answers.
HDMI unplugged, only composite, it's the same. Still white.
I've modified settings in config.txt and nothing.
But on the picture, looks like there's something on the screen. Do you think my screen is broken?

You shouldn't need to mess with any settings in the config.txt file. Could you try swapping the white/yellow wires connected to the Pi? I've found that the coloring isn't really consistent across manufacturers, and I remember seeing someone else post recently about a new revision of the Adafruit screen.
Also double-check that the ribbon cable is fully inserted into the display driver board.

I'm agree with Wermy, you should try to reverse the yellow and the white wire. I had a similar issue with my screen, and it fixed it.
