Where can i get the game boy zero parts really cheap?

That depends which parts you want to use. There are some parts listed on the wiki (sudomod.com/wiki) or you can look around the forums and see what others have been using in their build logs. There is no one spot to get all the parts for cheap, really. Good luck!
