Not sure, but I have been on this site a few years ago to make a custom case for my lightsaber. I even found a place on ebay to make a custom plaque to go on it..

I bet there is some case size that would be a nice fit for the gameboy with the custom foam insert.

Looking at that case reminds me of a Pelican Case. They do create multiple sizes and the case is strong although the price can be high at times. Check out this site for an idea of what they offer: http://www.pelicancases.com/Case-Quick-Finder-C105.aspx
