Instead of using a microcontroller,I'm using the pis gpios with adafruits adafruit_retrogame cc program, as shown in the hardware guide section of these forums.
For those of you who also did this, I was hoping to get a bit of advice. I want to add other key presses besides the ones given by default. Would I simply add the key assignment to the table, or is there anything else in the program I should also adjust?
I was looking over the program briefly and nothing stood at noticbly to me but wanted to get an extra advice that might be out there. I'm gonna be away from my pi for a bit so can't test it . thanks for any help in advance!
