Yes there is....im using a genuine Dremel and it just died on me just now....curse you lol...first time it happend in 20 years....

These are the buttons I bought. The quality appears to be the same as the original ones.

DMG Replacement Buttons

They have other type too: Kitsch Bent NES Style DMG Custom Buttons, Kitsch Bent DMG Silicone Button Set
