Re: Fleders GBZ incl. parts – incl. shop list for DE/EU
Hey Fleder,
i bought the same battery as you did but I have problems to make it fit in my case.
Where did you put it in your case? Did you do it the same way as wermy did?

No, I will see where I can put it. But there should be plenty of room if you manage your space.

Thanks for sharing this great project. I´m starting now to build my own GBZ. Most parts are ordered from all over the world. I hope it´s ok when i write you a pm when i get some trouble during the soldering process.

Did you ever make one with the original screen yiu bought? The rear back up camera one? I can't seem to find the wiring for that one and don't really want to buy another screen unless I have to. Thanks

Sorry for the late reply. I have little spare time these days.RetroCadium wrote:Did you ever make one with the original screen yiu bought? The rear back up camera one? I can't seem to find the wiring for that one and don't really want to buy another screen unless I have to. Thanks
This one should be connected the same as the other ones. White and Yellow are for Video Inputs, use one of those, not both.
There really should be no difference in wiring them to the pi.

Am I right to assume that you used the original volume wheel from the GameBoy you disassembled? Still looking for something matching...

Do you need a volume potentiometer? There are some on ebay, and I also sell some on my website. I am not sure if you can use the original, but the part being cheap, I got a new one for my build.kendon wrote:Am I right to assume that you used the original volume wheel from the GameBoy you disassembled? Thanks for the reply, in the meantime I figured out the correct part number and ordered five for 2 Euros...RetroCadium wrote:Do you need a volume potentiometer?
