I'm not sure how @solder does it but all the prints he has sent me were of the same high quality.

It's an SLA print on medium resolution with standard grey resin.
I forgot to put some support on the frame's backside as i didn't realize it's hollow there so it came out a bit rough on that side.
But since that side is against the screen it didn't matter ;]

Nice job Mischief! Kudos to everyone that is actually finishing builds.
I been lurking here since pre-forum era and yet have to finish my first build… constantly changing stuff, doing upgrades and waiting for orders, of which i lost track of since most come from CN… My way of procrastinating.

Nice touch adding the fiber cable to get indicator lights, I may have to add that to my build now as well. Very nice

Thanks, That was my issue I got close to finishing then another custom part came out, as soon as I get the new screen this one will be finished any other new parts that may come out will go into V2.

Someone else mentioned fibre optic cables on another topic so I decided to try it, issue was I bought the wrong dia (too thick) as it was meant to go up to the contrast port along with the other powerboost leds as well as the pi's act led. It still worked out as I can still see when it's charged without having to remove the battery cover :D

Further update:

As I am waiting on the new screen I decided to replace all the USB wires for shielded wires i'm hoping that will help helders AIO board work properly on usb 2.0 and I am also mounting the wifi dongle into the contrast port just so I can fill that gap with something.

I will also be replacing the audio 200ohm resisters on helders board for 100ohm resisters in the hope of boosting the volume as at the moment the speaker is very quiet and the headphones are very loud.

Found a way of placing the volume pot without gluing it to the screen, It turns out that the wire clips I use are the exact height I need to fit the pot into the case so now I can install the screen without using any hot glue at all so if it fails again it won't be a huge issue to change it.

After a bit of modification I get this:

Replacement screen is now on it's way to me so yet again my project will be 100%(ish) done.

Looks great, I'm trying to gather parts for my build right now. Where did you get that square screen surround?

I emailed him on Thursday, no response yet. I guess I will just wait some more or maybe message him here, thanks.\

I just really want a square surround, it doesn't make any sense to block part of the screen, even if it is a very small portion.
