Congratulations, this looks really great!
How hard it was to remove the USB / RJ45 doors?

Great build, how did you wire up the headphone port and speaker, do they cut speaker out when headphone port is plugged in? im having issues getting it to work.

Removing USB and RJ connector is a piece of cake with a good heatgun but you need to remove the extra solder on all mounting pins first.
Headphones jack when used is cutting off the speaker. I wired ground ,left and right channel to audio jack and then used just the left channel for the speaker connected to switched pins. There is a picture of the pins somewhere on this forum.

I don't have the heatgun, it was a pain to remove them!banjokazooie wrote:Removing USB and RJ connector is a piece of cake with a good heatgun but you need to remove the extra solder on all mounting pins first.

This is usable picture. Connect ground L and R channel from amplifier to this connector. Then use left or right channel as positive wire for speaker. Ground wire for speaker connected from switch pin will be switched on or off when headphones are connected

Hello, Im sorry this is my first time doing this, so go easy on me. can you tell what's the blue chip in the picture? (great job by the way, I think I will follow your design)
Re: Banjokazooie RPi2 Gameboy
Hello,
the blue chip is the PCB of gamepad. Its a smart idea, he connected the gamepad with USB and he have the same result as a real gamepad.
All the wires from the gameboy keys are connected to that PCB and the PCB is connected by USB.

So instead of getting a teensy, he used the PCB of the SNES controller that he used for the colored buttons?GnobarEl wrote:Hello,
