Thank you! I already bought the wrong one 2 times, so do you know if this is the same?

That looks to be the same according to the photo but the spec sheet for the part I bought is here: http://www.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Prototyping/ePH.pdf and it seems to indicate that the dimensions are 2mm in width for the connector so it looks like the one you have might be a little smaller.

Look on page 3 of that link under "PH" connector with 2 circuits.

I'll measure the one I have when I get home from work and let you know what it is.

Thanks, this is really kind. I could just solder the wires on, but i prefer a cleaner and removable solution.

It looks like it's about 4mm in width and 2mm center pin to center pin. See here: Image

Where are you planning to put the PowerBoost? In Wermy's build it's stuck off to the side where the battery bay plastic was removed.

I haven't quite figured out all of the positioning yet but it looks like the rapsberry pi just about fits where wermy's fits to expose the hdmi port where the contrast dial is. There's a lot of room where the cartridge reader is and behind the screen as well. I don't have any of the original components to deal with so I've got some room to play with.

I'm building a similar battery pack, and looking around i've found this little cheap charger:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/HiLetgo-Rechar ... on+Battery

Can i use it for charge the battery pack (B+- connector) and power the pi zero at the same time? (Out+- connector)?

Looks like that will work but it probably won't fit in the battery bay if it's not modified. Mine was a very tight fit and the board was small enough to fit between 2 of the cells.

How has that battery pack held up? I'm looking into doing the same thing for mine.
