Re: Rodocops 16th build (Kite Lite)
Hehe awesome I thought as much
just making sure as it's unlike all my other boards (literally no free gpios to be able to do it from the Pi!)

Very nice build! Where did you find your brackets for holding the shoulder button PCB in place?

Re: Rodocops 16th build (Kite Lite)
I just finished up my Kite's CS Lite, the process was just as simple as the original circuit sword. The only problem I'm having is getting Retropie to run. I realize the Circuit Sword uses Raspberry pi CM3 while the Lite uses Raspberry Pi Zero W, did you use the same Image file as for the Circuit Sword, or is it a different Image since they're different Pi's?
The fact that mine recognized Retropie, even though the .IMG file is from the CS, indicates to me that it would.
But anyway, here's where I'm stuck...It doesn't go past this screen.

For the CSLite you MUST use the one designed for the Lite: https://github.com/kiteretro/Circuit-Sw ... e/releases

Got it, thanks for the help Kite. I wasn't able to view the files on my phone, I had to get on the computer to view/download them. We're good now.kite wrote: ↑Sat Oct 27, 2018 1:47 pmFor the CSLite you MUST use the one designed for the Lite: https://github.com/kiteretro/Circuit-Sw ... e/releasesvinomer wrote: ↑Sat Oct 27, 2018 1:08 pmI just finished up my Kite's CS Lite, the process was just as simple as the original circuit sword. Now I just have to figure out how to get the SD card to work. I can't seem to get any of the emulators to show up. I'm able to get things to work when theres a USB stick in the Pi, but never been able to get it going with just an SD card.

Re: Rodocops 16th build (Kite Lite)
This may be obvious, but do you have roms on the SD card, in the proper directory? Emulators will not show up unless you have ROMs in the proper folder.vinomer wrote: ↑Mon Oct 29, 2018 12:14 pmGot it, thanks for the help Kite. Re: Rodocops 16th build (Kite Lite)
I'm not really sure what the directory has to be, from what I remember I have to create a folder called "retropie" on the root of the SD card, plug it into the Raspberry Pi, and it would create additional folders for each of the installed emulator. I used to do these steps when I had a Raspberry Pi 3 inside a media box, but i was using a USB stick at the time.

Re: Rodocops 16th build (Kite Lite)
I reccomend using the sftp method seen here.
https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Se ... rring-Roms
You do not need to add any directories to the sd card. They are already present. You only need to do that with the USB stick method.

Re: Rodocops 16th build (Kite Lite)
Awesome, that did it, I ended up taking your suggestion and went with the SFTP method. Managed to get a roms from multiple Emulators of there.
Thank you so much Kite/Rodocop for the quick replies and walking me through my issues. Everything is flawless so far.
