They’re attached to the first post. It’s one STL with everything included, but it’s easy to split that up in a the slicer.

Any chance for a 6 button or joystick variation?

Was also thinking, what about having the screws on the sides? i know there is a bit of stuff on each side, but it looks like it would be possible to fit them in right near each post, facing out left and right. Currently printing your brackets and i have to say this screen bracket looks BY FAR the best. the taper of the posts on the right, the button well rims allowing for the silicone pad to sit, the proper silicone prong tabs for the backboard, etc. fantastic job

You know, I think you're right. Originally, I was going to rely on using the CS lite itself to hold the screen bracket down, but it wasn't quite firm enough for me. Some side fixings might give it enough strength. There's not a lot of space around the CS board to make it fit, though. No Hands 55 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 02, 2019 9:49 pmWas also thinking, what about having the screws on the sides? i know there is a bit of stuff on each side, but it looks like it would be possible to fit them in right near each post, facing out left and right.
I had a quick go at adding that option, but be warned, I haven't tested this at all, and I had do judge the available gap by eye from my earlier photographs. I don't have any more DMG cases to test it on, and I know the width of the bracket isn't 100% perfect already, so the drafts I've added to the side might need a bit of adjustment.
Let me know how you get on.

cool i might give this a try! i just made a CS CM3 with your brackets and they worked out wonderfully, just had to cut the top screw area off the screen bracket. for that reason i think i over estimated the room for side placed screws with a CS CM3, but ill still check it out.
Really great job though man everything fit sooooo much better with you back button brackets and screen brackets. appreciate it!

Can you please do a 6 button version? It would be an awesome addition to the community.

You should be able to delete the bits you don’t want to print in your slicer... I used Slic3r PE, which seemed to give the best prints, but was a pig to use, and needed lots of tweaks to the settings. Otherwise, try Cura?
If I have some time at the weekend I’ll try to split them up and post them.
On the subject of 6-button variants, I’m not sure exactly where the buttons should go. I think the spacing won’t be quite right if I rotate a pair of pads by 90 degrees. But anyone can feel free to give it a try in Fusion 360 - it’s free!
