This oneBrandonmel wrote:whats screen did you use?
All those cheap screen are with the same resolution so the only difference is the size of the driver board.Brandonmel wrote:Is it much different from the Bw screen wermy uses ?
Well yeah, anything with 320x240 resolution fed with analog signal will be the same. The issue here is the analog to digital converter on those boards so the next step would be a fully digital interface something like these cheap hdmi screensBrandonmel wrote:so quality is the same then ??
Is the black stuff also epoxy?banjokazooie wrote:I have used epoxy, hardens in 5 minutes and stays clear but can be removed in first 24 hours if you messed something up.muniosi wrote:Damn, this might be the best-looking build I've seen on this site. What did you use to get all your 3D printed parts in so cleanly? Hot glue, epoxy?

Most of the time the screen will work out of the box with minimal setting change in config.txt. The only issue might be to have fully functional touch screen.Brandonmel wrote:Ohh nice and no programming or getting a specific type of imagine to allow the screen to work ? It's just plug and play ?
No it is our best friend hot glueFunkenschuhster wrote:Is the black stuff also epoxy?banjokazooie wrote:I have used epoxy, hardens in 5 minutes and stays clear but can be removed in first 24 hours if you messed something up.muniosi wrote:Damn, this might be the best-looking build I've seen on this site.
