Its a really small pcb, so i think on the inside of the battery hatch. Its this pcb:
http://nl.aliexpress.com/item/3-7V-Li-I ... .50.QCjPjD

I'll find a spot. It's just to check the status of the lipo from time to time ;)

EDIT: damn... someone just pointed something out.... the case i orderd, will be shipped in a RANDOM color.... black, yellow or gray.... i dont want a yellow or black one.... pfffff i hope i get a gray case!

Nice! It is like Christmas when packages arrive for you.

Hope I am not too late for a suggestion. Is your hot glue gun high-temp or low-temp? I recommend a low-temp. Just nicer to deal with and you burn your fingers less (or less likely) trying to manipulate the glue. Also, a high-temp tip is hot enough to melt the plastic DMG shell, and the plastic that covers wires. If you have a high-temp just be mindful of the tip (these are all avoided with low-temp, and tensile strength is similar enough in this application to not lose any significant bonding strength).

Thanks for the tip! If i am correct, its a low temp one :)

The big one is a bit hotter, but it does not melt the plastic on wires.

Ill be carefull and test it out on a dremeld out pieceof the case!

And indeed... Its always fun to receive packages hahaha

Ok, got back from vacation, and could not resist to put an OS on the sd card, and wire the powerboost, screen and pi0 for testing. I just had to know if the stuff worked!

Image

Hah, and it did. (still need to set up emulation station and configure the config file of the pi0)

I was pretty happy with that!
Screen runs directly on 5v as suggested with this board!

Tried to solder a connector to the lipo, but it is a bit flimsy, so I'll solder in an other one.

Powerboost charges the lipo (measured), and runs off the lipo aswell. As stated in the forums, this powerboost needs a lipo connected to start up.

Next i will try to get the usb hub tested, and then program and test the teensy.

If all that works, i will start the build from step one of wermys guide :p

Still waiting on the usb audio card and audio amp... But there is enough i can do, and i know i promised myself and my wife i would start this project in the fall.... But i cant resist!

I'm waiting on the same powerboost.

It would be awesome if you could post some pics of your method for wiring please

Wat do you want to know?
I hooked up the bat pos and neg to the appropriate pads (clearly marked), and temporary soldered the outgoing wires to the back of the pcb where the big usb port is (power out).
Later ill remobe the big usb port, and only solder to the pcb
