Just some quick photos from my Circuit Shield Build
A few notes:
- I really like the Playstation Vita joystick, its much better then the PSP thumbstick.

- I used a small LiPo battery that mostly fits in the battery area, it does not block the CPU at all.
Runtime is around three hours, which is fine for me. Charges very quickly.
3.7V 1000mAh 102050 Lipo Battery:

- I have a small Sunon fan but decided to use a big heatsink instead, seems to work fine:

- I don't really like the side shoulder buttons, I think the back would be better.

How did you hook up and mount the vita stick? was it much different than the psp stick?
I have a shield kit that I've put off until after the holidays but plan on doing a vita stick too.. Just looking for your thoughts.
Thanks!

Hey Robochris,
It was not that hard. Much better feel then a PSP thumbstick. This a a port for the vista on the PCB. I had to fold (not fold but connect and loop) carefully to get everything to line up. You will figure it out. Here is a mock up pointing out the connector for a Vita.
Here is a mock up of the connector location.
