Quick pic of the inside before I fit the Powerboost 1000c and battery:

USB hub and Wifi adapter sit above the PiZero, i'm using the factory power socket, headphone socket and switch. The teensy lc is hidden behind the screens ribbon cable, I have run this from a 1A usb phone charger for a few hours and I have had no issues with freezing or crashing.

My Powerboost should be here Monday so will be working on that as soon as it arrives :D

Played it for 2 hours straight yesterday so all is well :D

Where did you get the battery and what are it's dimensions? It looks like it fits very nicely.

Complete redesign as I have snagged an AIO board on the recent pre order, will be putting the power strip (board by helder ordered from OSH park) in with the powerboost under the battery and I have removed the usb hub, audio parts and teensy in preparation.

Will be taking more pics as soon as everything arrives.

I was thinking of a black cart too but will now get a yellow one I think just because I don't want to replicate your one.
