Hello Fleder, could you tell me what a creme developer is in german? I don't get it in english and the translator doesn't give me a proper translation of it. Greetings

P.S. Very nice project you have there!! Especially i like that inner dip of the button holes and the bleaching is very sexy too  Why didn't the writings disappear after bleaching?

Hi there. Sure, it's called "Entwickler Creme" or "Creme Entwickler". Just stop by at your local Barber Shop and ask them to fill you some of this stuff into a bottle, they buy this in bulk, so it should be pretty cheap. Just go with the 12% or 40vol. stuff, if they ask you which.

I am no chemist, but i think the colour is not affected by the developer. It is not that aggressive, or you would have no hair after dying with it :)

Damn. Thanks for sharing this info. Fleder, I haven't taken apart my Gameboy yet because I am waiting for the last parts to arrive. Only need a screen now. I do like the one you had but it has such big bezels. :/

You're welcome.
That is a problem for me too, since i wanted to use the SNES Board for the buttons instead of the old one from the GB.
But they have 1 tiny spot to close the circuit instead of two, so this might not work.

Yes, but they do not use the buttons of one and the board of another. Also, their SNES Controller is slightly different, and that is the problem here :(

Fleder, Popcorn was selling some PCBs maybe he has someone some left, I am sure you can use those actually. The SNES board is a bit too long to fit in the Gameboy or you can look at Chiz's GB. He used the board of the SNES controller.

Thanks, I already ordered 2 from Popcorn, but to get better at soldering and electronics in general, I wanted to test myself on this.
