Banjokazooie RPi2 Gameboy
My finished RPi2 inside replacement gameboy shell
Modified RPi2 with no connectors and LCD driver board
USB sound card and stereo ampliefier
Original GB pcb with aditional snes buttons pcb
Added new buttons holders
Front and back cover assembled
L And R buttons and charging led

Wow, definitely the cleanest build I've seen yet. Do you have any pictures of what the top looks like where the micro usb jack is mounted? How did you cut that hole and how are your button holes so clean? Really impressive.

Simply drill a smaller hole and use some small file to smooth edges. For the buttons I have used a 1500 grit wet sand paper.

Could you share some details on your button pcb mod?
What part of the USB SNES controller pcb is needed and how to wire?
Would love to go that route as a teensy wouldn't be needed then

I used a round cutouts pcb for X and Y button from faulty original snes gamepad - these are covered with some graphite preventing them from oxidizing. I have drilled exactly the same size hole in gb pcb and glued them together. The usb driver board is chopped from cheap chinese snes controller from ebay
