Hey guys it's nothing different or special but I've just started building my first GBZ. It's pretty much going to be exactly wermy's build.
I'll be using Helder's AIO v2.2
I'm also not gonna explain allot cause most people know what's coming :p but I'll use this as a build blog thingy... Anyway
Parts ready to go.
Case mod. Pretty painful actually.. Still somethings not fitting right
Test fitting
And that's it for the night...
Will post more tomorrow if anyone's interested

Today's progress, still got to sort out a few things like the aio not being recognised but I'll prob try a fresh install. Also external usb weren't working do I cut them out thinking they were wired wrong turns out I had a short on the pi side.. Oh well still things are going well!

So a few weeks ago I finished my build but I wasn't completely happy with it, that's why i haven't been updating or posting pictures.
Things like the case wouldn't close 100%, I couldn't line the USB up in the side socket like I wanted and i ruined the screen protector I got from Dominator because I thought the white strip on the inside was double sided tape. Well if it was I pulled all of it by accident and it looks crap now.
But over the last few weeks I've been slowly fixing things like the USB is now located in a place I'm happy with, I've ordered a few screen protectors from kitsch-bent, And today I started work on a game cartridge with status LEDs and a SD card reader, its not completely done yet but all I have to do it wire it to the PI and the power boost and I'm done! I couldn't get a hold of a cartridge reader at the time of ordering my parts so I've just hacked a blank cartridge case up and added the LEDs and a SD to micro SD card adapter.
Blue = ON,
Green = Fully Charged,
Orange = Charging,
Red = Low Battery
After fixing those few things and adding the cartridge I'm feeling a lot happier with how the build/I've have gone so far.

So for the microSD card you just used an adapator and wired it to the RPZ pads from the inside?
Really like it.

Yeah the cartridge is permanent, non removable.
Edit: Adding photos of LED operation tests
