Watch the 'getting started' videos from Autodesk, they helped me a lot. I was pretty much lost in the beginning, too. There is practically no user interface and I found the workflow strange. It does work pretty well though once you get your mind to adapt. Watching someone else work on stuff in the tutorials helped me quite a bit. ;)

EDIT: Here's the link to the tutorials.

I've updated the first post with new downloads.

The geometry is the same as in the last update, but I reordered the hierarchy inside Fusion so that the three parts should be recognized as individual objects by other programs. This works just fine in max and I hope it will do in others as well.

I reduced the palette of formats to .SAT, .SKP & .STL as these do give me the best results when imported. If there is need for other formats, please tell me and I'll re-add them. The .STL data comes now in separated files as the format does not seem to support individual parts within a file.

The GBZ features so far include holes and mounting for additional buttons, large screen cutout and removal of the affected counterbores and the cutout for the USB needed for kite's SAIO board.
Kite uploaded a dxf with the outlines from his board. You should use it to desgin your case.

There are small tricky things, not really bad, but unexpected. The AB-YX square is no square, it is a parallelogramm. Here are pictures with your case and Kites board.
