If u sell the aio how much do you think it will be. $100? Or higher?
There's discussion of this further up in the replies. It looks like "more than $120" is the current estimate.

Is the USB port strictly for interfacing the microcontroller or could it also be used as the USB otg on the pi for things like external controllers?

It actually doesn't go to the microcontroller at all. The full size USB port is just for connecting to the Pi, for things like keyboards and external controllers

Once I finish the GBZ I wouldn't mind to build one of these. I would be taking one of your boards if you get them up for sale.

Impressive job there!

If you keep the price with screen under $120, you should be able to sell plenty, including at least one to me :)
I finally was able to finish everything and get the board up for pre-order! I was able to make some modifications, and get some better assembly quotes to bring the price down. So right now the kit price is $110, which means when you buy your own screen (because you have a choice on what size) it would actually be under $120 including the screen.
