Hello everyone!

Having a great time with this build. As of recently, I'm all caught up with the videos and looking forward to finishing it up! Scroll down to see picture of my progress, and if there are any questions, I'd be happy to help. Also, I designed a bezel for the screen and got it 3D printed. It fit in pretty well with a little manipulation. Definitely gives the screen a nice finish, especially if you spray paint it. Pictures below. It cost around $10 to have it printed and shipped, so I figured it was worth a shot.

Here is the link to the .stl file, if anyone would like to try it!

Anyway, hope you guys enjoy my progress. I love seeing everyone's projects and some of the different stuff they're doing with them.

Just a little update on my GBZ. Everything is going really well, I'm having a blast making this and I'm learning a lot! A little behind the tutorials but I'm taking my time and making sure everything is as perfect as I can make it. Took a while for me to find a good screen but I finally found the BW screen that was confirmed as working. I got it through AM-Sellers on Amazon Prime for $16. Works perfectly on 5V after inserting the little jumper. (Check out the picture below). Going to paint the screen bezel today and continue following the videos! Hope all of your projects are going well too!

Your soldering on the teensy looks very good! Have you got any tips as mines looking a bit messy. What type of wire are you using also? :)

Thanks guys!
@scbailey94, I'm using 26 and 30 gauge wire. The solder I used for the Teensy is .8mm . Just make sure you heat the wire and the terminal up for a bit then you should be able to quickly dab the solder on there. If they're both hot enough it should go on really easily. Patience is key! Good luck!

Hey all! Making good progress here! As of an hour ago, I'm all caught up with the videos and I'm stoked to finish this up! Everything is going relatively smoothly. Here are some photos of my progress. If you have any questions about anything I did, feel free to ask!

I designed a bezel for the screen and had it 3D printed. It fits pretty well. Was a little tight but I was able to manipulate it when I super-glued it down and it looks great. If you would like the .stl file, please contact me!

The only image I see is the one on your first post @Mikespadafora. Anyone else not seeing the images?

So it seems like all of my photos are unavailable for some reason. Here are all the photos of my project progress. Included is the photo of the screen bezel I had 3D printed which is available for download at the top of this thread on my first post. Any questions feel free to PM me!
