Hello Zero friends,

I want to show you my Zero Build done with Kedei Hdmi Screen and my self designed Helper.
There´s nothings special internally...Pi Zero W with a PCB2.0 board from zeroboy.eu
I´ve designed my own helper to spare space inside the case. So there´s no need to butcher the case and left it as oroginal as possible...
The Hdmi Adapter is my own soldering work. It was a pain to solder (0,04mm wire) but it works...
Screen cover are from retropiehandhelds.com
The Mini USB charging Port ist a small 3d Print.
Powered up by adafruid powerboost 1000 - yes, expensive, but works great.
4000 mah Lipo Akku from Aliexpress.
battery Level indicator is also a module found at Aliexpress...
I´ve desolder the Led´s and put my own on it.

Yes, the Pi-helper is my own design... other 3d print parts also.

Brave. Very brave.
I dont see a free USB port for direct access in case something happens and you cant SSH in.
Not that it would be terribly difficult to crack it open and unhook your controls but it would definitely be irritating.

Whats that button poking out the original power port? I dont see a safe powerdown as my first thought was an emergency shutdown button.

You are right. no external usb. It‘s a Pi Zero W. Keyboard by bluetooth. Installing Roms by Wifi...Everything else by console. The Button on left side is a simple reset button - I want to close the hole

. No gracefull shutdown.

i guess you not ok to share 3d parts

what you have for sd card connection, what is this
also which glue you use to hold the led and the tactile button and also all over hdmi connctions

I will think about to share the .stl files...

sd card is connected to Pi0 with sd card breakout pcb...
All glued together with 2k-epoxy glue...

very strong connections possible
