It is featuring a 3.2" SPI screen using VeteranGamers very nice adapter boards found here:

I have used a screen cover from Jeremy at Retropie Handhelds as well.
I've added an ADS1015 for battery monitoring, and it's using ErikGee's common ground PCB, with GPIO controls.
I have also just used a TP4056 power module, and a barrel jack for charging in the original DC port. Since I don't actually need to boost to 5v the TP4056 work fine on it's own. It has a 3500Mah battery from ebay, as well as some nice decals from YaYa, stickers can be found here:

I have used some 12 mm tactile buttons for LR and used this bracket, seems to work pretty good: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2865730
The ABXY are purple SNES style and I think they look really nice with the red.
For sound I am using USB audio, which is really nice in comparison to the usual PWM that I do.
Since I was using gpio controls, usb audio, and an SPI screen with an ADS1015, I decided to just use the minty pi image. Since all of those things are used in the minty pi, the image works great with my GBZ. I just had to adjust the hotkey GPIO numbers to reflect my wiring and all the minty combo hotkeys function as well as the battery monitor.
I am waiting on some USB hubs so I can wire up the external USB, as it stands now the external USB is just for show.
