Clearcoated back and sanded front:
soldered rocker switch for volume control
made incision for the switch in the shell
test fit battery
test fit powerbutton 3d print and mode button (had to solder longer pins to the mode button)
bigger heatsink
water transfer decal test:

yes, thanks for asking was a bit busy bought a new car and had to do some things to it .
today i test fitted everything but cant get the case to close....
does this have to be lower?

also painted the front shell 3 times with a clearcoat so its finished for the UV print just have to find the time to do it ....

Nice! Don't forget to cut the little metal prongs off the mode button that should help it close
That and it looks like your USB c connector needs to be cut out more so that it sits lower.

i did cut the metal prongs of the mode button after taking the photo. and thnx i will cut the USB-c poort hole a bit deeper

If your mode button isn't soldered in the right position when you tighten the case the mode button gets pinched and won't release so the menu stays on. Unfortunately you need to open your case back up

With the case open is the menu still stuck on? Is the button shorted out so the software thinks the button is pressed?
