not sure if I am right. But on your Button PCB I see you have the PWM -Mod used for getting normal audio from the PWM-outputs of the zero.
I had the same idea. can I somewhere download your Layout (or better not only the gerber file but the whole Eagly project?).

Thanks
I think you are talking a little over my head. I am not sure what layout you are needing.

Thanks for your reply, but I already drew it myself  I meant the layout of the PWM to Analog "Board".

The board was custom made by a user on the forum Helder. If you go to the Buy/Sell thread you can find his post selling them.

 Painting is pretty hard. Hopefully I will have it done by today, but it has been pretty rough.

Damn, started another one eh. After helping you with your first one I decided to make one of my own, which I am just about finished with. I have the same issue with the top not closing as well. I think I'm going to end up putting the screw post under the cartridge.

It's not that hard. I have the screws under the cartridge and can insert and eject a cartridge with unmodified casing. Just make the hole wide enough for the screw head to get all the way through and glue something to the inner side of the back with holes just wide enough for the screw, but not the head.

Sorry for the delay.. but.. I pretty much f***ed up my case. I tried to paint it, but that was a royal screw up, so I ended up ordering one of these LINK: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01E0 ... UTF8&psc=1. It is not a bad case to be honest. The biggest problem I have with it is the quality of plastic is not as good as the original DMG-01 and you can tell when you hold it. "They just don't build it like they used to"

I added a heat sink to the processor to help with the over heating.
*The temps get to 60 degrees or higher sometimes which really calls for a fan, but the way I built this version, the fan does not fit. I will build a v3 model later and make sure there is room for the fan.

I created another screw post for the top of the case.

I created a second Micro USB connection so I can play with a power brick.

Made a male and female PIN for my powerboost and battery.
*This way I can unplug the battery and connect the other micro usb port for power if I want. You want to never leave your battery connected for safety reasons.
