Nice build...
having used Helder Retro PSU (and a Pi3 A+), did you consider adding in a Analog Stick as the Retro PSU supports that....
also is your Fan temperature controlled....
.

no, the fan is not temp controlled... I am looking for a Gpio solution, no success.
On my Kites circuit build i´ve added an analog stick, but I does nt like it... Iám child of the 80´s , there was no analog stick

I've also not been a fan of adding a analog stick to these builds....
especially as most games don't require one
and you need to incorporate a pro-micro or teensy into the build....
but if you've got a Retro PSU and a RPi3 A+/B/B+
then why not add it in....
you'll be able to play the odd few N64 games
especially Mario Cart 64, which runs OKish
I'm in the process of adding a temperature controlled fan to one of my up and coming builds (RPi3 A+)
(it will work with any RPi)
i'm just waiting for the transistors to arrive before I can completely test
once I've tested
I'll be sharing the board on OshPark
(hopefully very soon)
.

is this the approach you were going for? i was thinking about switching the fan i have on my 3a+ to be temp-controlled with it:

right now i just have a mini flip switch to turn it off and on.

that and coupled with this.....

I've just opted to use GPIO 14, as its right next to a 5V & GND, which makes for a compact connector
(still not sure if it will work, but I can't really see there being any issues)
