I had a go at my audio all been tested and working just got a few things to think over.
My head phones cut out the speaker fine but the volume though them are alot louder then the original GB speaker which was quite low.
Theres a small amount of fuzz coming through but I've not done the filter circuit yet which will help lol.

I am thinking of replacing the speaker due to its the original and the replacement will make it sound better and louder hopefully lol

Sorry for the randomnes but I get an idea and have to try it out.
Because I'm not using the powerboost 1000c I'm using the one from banggoods I thought about putting it in the game cartridge.
So if the cartridge is removed gbz not work at all plus bit of a safety feature due to it the power circuit once removed it disconnects everything even the battery it self.

I like what you've done with the cartridge. I originally thought there may be an issue with the traces being too thin, but I see you've doubled them up.

I'm so close to finishing it's doing my head in lol.
I'm still waiting for my new battery to come plus I got to sort out a small gap on the case it dose all close but it pushers the teensy down which disables the controls so I got to make the room
