Looks like the one from kitsch-bent. I've ordered a few from him, great cover, peel and stick. Totally worth it. There is a link to his store in the sudo-market place, I cant get on there from work though, so I cant give the exact link.

Yes I've seen there are two type of glasses...but I'm in italy and the charging is higher than the price itself.
