Game Boy Zero Board not working

I'm not sure if Helder's board can be connected via USB to a PC as the atmega32u4 is hardwired to the usbhub but im sure it can reprogrammed via the ICSP header. You should ask or PM helder.

The Atmega32u4 is almost never the culprit but the usb hub can be. Wire a usb cable to the 2 leads that go to the Pi (You sure these aren't reversed?) And any of the 5v and GND on the AIO and the pc should recognize the hub and controller.

If not then the wires might be reversed or the hub chip might need a reflow if the pc doesn't recognize the hub.

I used your wiring diagram and I think P22 goes to do D- and P23 to D+ (I can't remember how I did it but I followed your diagram

If the wiring is correct then plugging it into the pc will tell you what is the issue.

By the telling me what the issue is do you mean the different parts (Atmega32u4, USB hub, ECT)
Will show up in device manager

If everything is working it will show a new device is plugged in namely a usb hub and an Arduino Game Controller.
