Where can I find this connector cable?

Does anybody know where I can find pre-made JST PHD 12P cables roughly 100mm long? Or something similar to the JST PHD connector? The connector can be on both ends or just one end of the cable.

I've attached a pic of a cable that I had laying around. I believe it came from an original xbox DVD. I've tried searching for this cable but I'm not able to find anything. I could of course buy the parts and make my own cable but this is going to be for the Metal PiBoy so I'm going to need several cables.
