Speaker problem

Hi,
I am copying kilren's guide for usb audio but I can't get audio from speaker
I am able to get audio from the jack tho.


Here you can compare the diagram and my build.
Plz help.

you would need to power your amp and you have nothing going to that right now.

also, you try the method here: viewtopic.php?t=2879

it puts the amp after the headphone jack (the usb adapter should have enough to power the headphones without the amp, so just use it to push the speaker).
