Help with feeding please

Post by gazpachero » Sat Jun 08, 2019 5:41 am

Dear friends.
I have my game boy zero project almost finished.
I used a raspberry pi 3b.
The problem is that when the system starts up and the recalbox starts, it restarts again and again.
If I connect a charger directly to the raspberry plate, it works correctly.
I think it must be a problem of amperage.
What solution or advice can you give me?
Thank you.

a better or more powerful battery and/or power supply.

helder's psu can push up to 3A- i would highly recommend using that for a/b/+ builds:

a lot of other psus don't push enough current for a power-hungry pi and a screen and a bunch of accessories - zeros don't pull a lot.

his 4500mah battery is also good, but mostly just make sure the battery you use can support the current pull too.

In the end I found the solution. In the following link an economical and functional power source.
