Tinkerboy V3 Board Power Monitoring - Retropie 4.6

Hello,

After some testing I have found that I can make Battery Monitoring for Tinkerboy's V3 Board work for his premade image with Retropie 4.4, but not for Retropie 4.6. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and If so is there a workaround? I don't have a problem using 4.4, but I would prefer to update to 4.6.
