Kite Super AIO audio issues

Hello from Germany,
I have a little audio problem with the super AIO board from Kite.
Let me explain. I needed some parts from my first GBZ build with the Super AIO board to build the new GBZ with the Circuit Sword Board.
I wanted to repair the first one... Everything works but not the speaker. I checked plus and minus. It works with the audio jacket. The volume wheel works. I didn't change the audio hardware and it worked before. In this case it could be a software problem. The display shows me the mute icon, but I can't unmute it with the mode button.
Anyone an idea?
