Help with Screen Modification

So it looks like a got a screen with a board that is not shown in the wiki. Does anyone have an idea if this can be modified for 5v?

my advice would be to locate the regulator (try searching the model number on the IC's) and find the pinout and solder 5v to the 5v out pin on the regulator, the bottom right ic looks like a regulator, google the number on it and find the pinout
