[Help] Screen not on Wiki - ZCD630A-3.5D_V1.1

Hello,
I have a problem with my screen, the dirver is not on the Wiki Sudomod. This is the ZCD630A-3.5D_V1.1 driver. So I am stuck in the realization of my Game Boy Zero.
On the Wiki the variant n ° 7 is the closest one but it is not identical.

Here are my questions:
1 - Do you have any idea of the modification to bring to my screen to pass it in 5V?
2 - If I make a mistake in the connection (modification of variant 7 and it is not the correct change) my screen will die?

It looks similar to mine. Can you send another picture so I can clearly see the chip with the red circle:

Here's my screen board with the 5v wire directly soldered to a diode beside the XL1509 chip(5v regulator).

Hello, I looked at the chip you indicated on my publication.
on the one you have designated it is mentioned:

Most of these screens use that chip.
Here's how to directly wire the 5v wire:

Read my previous reply above. That's where you connect the 5v, to the pin 2 of the XL1509 chip.
