Hi just looking for some usb hub help.
I bought the targus hub featured in wermy's guide, but i could never get it to work. So I purchased another thinking I'd ruined the previous one. However when i opened it the circuit board is different, particularly where it will input to the pi.
Can anyone provide any advice as to whether this will still work? There are now 6 pins instead of 4.
Targus usb hub change?

Re: Targus usb hub change?
Red, Green and White would still be the same. You'd probably use "B" for the Black, since it's clearly going to ground (the large copper area of the board rather than the skinny trace lines). But "S" is also clearly grounded (and it's also black). If they're coming from a regular USB2 connector, then they're probably all connected and it doesn't matter which one you use.
But a normal 4-strand cable is Black, Green, White, Red (in that order - aka Ground, Data+, Data-, and 5V), so B, G, W and R are your best bet.
