Hello all,

First build with Kite's CS lite, working really well except I can't figure out how to exit games back into ES. Any help greatly appreciated! -KB

Just press Start and Select together and you‘re right back in ES. I think it’s default from Retropie, please correct me if I‘m wrong.

In Emulationstation, Key configuration: where you set up in the beginning all the keys in this last row take care you have selected hotkey to the select button. Doing this the default for exit emulator is select+start.

Wish it was this easy, this doesn’t work.

That is default in retropie, you or kite must have changed it.

start + select is in fact default, from the retropie menu press start, and navigate to configure input. Follow the instructions again, and make sure to make 'select' the hotkey.

If this does not work, then that is very bizarre, you can also check the controller configs in /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg to see what is in there.

Doesn't the circuitsword lite come with a "mode" button? Does that take the place of the hotkey perhaps? (so you would do mode + start to exit games?)

The mode button is independant of the hotkey button.
